Documentary on Sichuan’s Tibetan areas to air

Dec. 25, 2017 -- China’s first large-scale 4k documentary about the Tibetan-inhabited areas in southwest China’s Sichuan province, will air on China Central Television.

It is produced by the information office of the Sichuan provincial government under the guidance of the State Council Information Office, featuring natural scenery, people and economic development of the areas.

The documentary will record beautiful natural scenery, diverse wildlife, traditional culture, and folk art. 
The documentary will also give a glimpse of a Tibetan girl’s efforts to lift villagers out of poverty and a young Tibetan couple’s love story.
