Photos taken in late October show the plateau of the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze in southwest China's Sichuan Province has ushered in autumn.
The area, located on the southern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, boasts steep mountains, glaciers and primitive forests. Over 200 mountains here are higher than 5,000 meters.
