Ngodrup Wangmo is a well-known pioneer in Nanmu Village, Lhasa. With her entrepreneurial spirit, she mobilized the women in her village to co-manage a 16-acre vineyard by introducing grape cultivation practices from Qamdo. The vineyard's abundant harvests have transformed village life, strengthening hopes for prosperity on the plateau.
