Uncover a side of Xizang you've never seen before. In the southeast lies Nyingchi, known as the Switzerland of the East. Here, forests cover hillsides and greenery lines the riverbanks, while snow-capped peaks rise above lush meadows. Follow me and my color cards to see just how green this plateau can be.
In Nyingchi, I explore a hidden gem. Deep in the mountains lies a sacred lake whose color and water level remain unchanged year-round. Legend has it that the lake has no bottom. Could money thrown into it really turn up on the other side of the town?
