Dec. 19, 2023 -- The traffic opening ceremony of a rural tourism road widening project was held in Baina Village of Lhayu Township, Qonggyai County, Shannan City, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, on December 12, 2023. The road is 10.18 kilometers in length and 7.5 meters in width, and is a tertiary highway with a total investment of 35 million yuan RMB. Its completion and opening not only facilitates the travel of surrounding villagers, but also possesses significant value for the development of local rural tourism resources.
