Feb.25,2021 -- In Shannan City of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, the construction of "vegetable basket" (non-staple food supply) program started in 2017 and was completed in 2019, represented by Nedong Base and Qonggyai Base. There are over 700 greenhouses.
