Feb.28,2020 -- Since the beginning of the battle against poverty, Qonggyai County, Shanna City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region keeps giving priority to community-level as well as farmers and herdsmen population, accelerates the development of infrastructure. A "people's livelihood and wealth road" connecting countryside and the city have been built.
