Nov. 9, 2016 -- The National Health and Family Planning Commission (NHFPC) and relevant provincial hospitals have launched an initiative to send medical talents in group to Tibet to help improve Tibet’s medical conditions.

This initiative reflects the central government’s care for Tibetan people, which will upgrade Tibet’s medical standard, and improve medical services.

The medical talents were jointly selected and managed by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) and the NHFPC.

They have introduced advanced medical concepts, clinical technology and management experience to local hospitals, which greatly helped them improve management and services.
