On Feb. 15, 2001, Pasang, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee in Tibet Autonomous Region and Director of Returned Tibetans Reception Committee, stressed the importance of good service for returned Tibetans and urged to fight against splitting activities and Dalai Group under the right guidance of central committee of CPC on the second working conference of .the Returned Tibetans Reception Committee.
On Feb. 15, 1990, Hu Jintao, Secretary of Party Committee in Tibet Autonomous Region addressed on the closing ceremony of the second plenary session of the fourth Communist Youth League of Tibet Autonomous Region. He called for the Communist Youth League at all levels in the region to educate Tibetan youth with patriotism, socialism, and national unity in case of being depraved by separatist forces.

On Feb. 15, 1989, the memorial ceremony presided by President Yang Shangkun for the 10th Panchen Lama - Erdini Chokyi Gyaltsen, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress was held in Beijing. More than 1,000 people of all walks of life including leaders of Central Committee of CPC and national organs attended the ceremony. Wan Li, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, deliver the eulogy at the ceremony, praising Panchen’s huge contribution to national unity and regional prosperity.
