Into Tibet 2020: Finger-millet liquor

Sherpas in Dinggye County in Shigatse, Tibet Autonomous Region, cultivate finger millet as a staple food. They also use it to make liquor. The technique is even on China's Intangible Cultural Heritage list. The traditional way of drinking the liquor is with boiled water added and through a bamboo straw.
