Jan.6, 2017 -- The bill issued by Alipay on Jan. 4 showed that in 2016, mobile payment accounted for 71% of the overall payment. In terms of penetration rate of mobile payment, the top three provinces were Tibet, Qinghai, and Gansu, much higher than coastal provinces.
