Chinese courts to highlight fostering law-based business environment

July 4,2019-- The judgement of civil and commercial cases at China's people's courts will focus on fostering a law-based business environment, said an official of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) Wednesday.
 
The remarks came as the SPC official spoke at a national meeting, held in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, on judgement of civil and commercial cases.
 
Property rights protection and the judgement of cases related to financial issues and bankruptcy will be the focal points, participants to the meeting agreed.
 
The meeting also called for strengthening the professional standards of personnel for the judgement of civil and commercial cases to provide high-quality judicial service and guarantee for the high-quality economic development.
 
It stressed the importance of making judicial services more targeted and improving the working mechanism for judgements for enhancing the quality and efficiency of the judgement of civil and commercial cases.
