March 25,2020 -- "Now, we have made full preparations for production; staffs are ready, too. After a few days, we will roll up our sleeves and work with added energy when 50 tons of goods arrive at Lhasa," says Dawa, a post-90s college graduates living in Jangraxar Town, Lhunzhub County of Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.

28-year-old Dawa was born in an ordinary rural family of Jangraxar Town. In 2014, he went to Nanchang Engineering College in east China’s Jiangxi Province. During his school days, with excellent performance, he received many honor certificates. After graduation, he returned to Tibet and attended lots of job fairs which enriched his experience. Eventually, encouraged by the country's mass innovation and entrepreneurship campaign, Dawa decided to start his own business. In December 2018, supported by bank loans, he established Ga Malin Building Materials Co., Ltd in Jangraxar Town, Lhunzhub County of Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.

As a saying goes, "The beginning is the most difficult part." Dawa faced various difficulties at the initial stage of his business. For lacking of staffs, he needed to do all the work by himself, including sales and marketing. He sometimes was too busy to have meals on time. "Those days were the most meaningful time of my life, though the work was very hard. Finally, I found a factory in Lhunzhub County and recruited employees. Now, everything is on the right track. I'm planning to expand business scale, which will make the company more competitive," says Dawa brimming with confidence.

There are six employees in Dawa's company currently and four more technicians are needed. Next, the company decides to help two college graduates and four poor households get jobs, to make its own contributions in the battle against poverty and solving employment difficulties for college students.
