He grew up in a poor family. In 2003, he and his wife borrowed 20,000 yuan RMB from his relatives and friends, bought a midibus and began to do transportation business to get rid of poverty. Through 2 years of struggle, they earned the first fortune of the family, greatly improving the living standard, and became a "capable youth" that often being praised by others.

 

However, as a party member, Pasang has aimed at not only improving his own family, but also helping others of community to make money; thus he has been keeping working hard with neighbors to achieve it.

 

Nedong County Farmers Construction Team was established in 2007; Nedongu Xingguang Poverty Alleviation Planting & Breeding Specialized Cooperative was established in 2013; Gyesha Heping Prefabrication Factory was set up in 2014; Nedong Helping Poverty Alleviation Afforestation Cooperative was established in 2017; Shannan Yada Industrial Development Co., Ltd was established in 2018.

 

These companies have realized significant economic benefits. For example, Shannan Yada Industrial Development Co., Ltd. increases the community's collective economic income by 3 million yuan RMB.

 

On the other hand, he offers vocational skills training courses for local people at his own expense, and gives them jobs in collective enterprise, providing long-term or short-term jobs for more than 1,000 people.

 

Under Pasang's hard work, villagers enjoy more benefits of development and trust him much. In 2017, he was elected as the director of Gyesha Community Neighborhood Committee. "Villagers' support is my biggest motivation; my goal is to lead local people living a good life." He says.
