All county (district) health committees and medical institutions in Lhasa City have always taken the intelligent medical construction as an important work to complete. The hospital directors are in charge of the overall responsibility. A special leading group is set up, and relevant department personnel are selected to form the intelligent medical implementation team. Specific and detailed work implementation plans are made.

 

Making full use of the resources of Beijing and Jiangsu to assist Tibet, and accelerating the improvement of various information functions on the basis of the existing HIS system, the modern management level and competitive strength of hospitals are improved. Connecting the intelligent parts of hospitals to form an organic whole, the benefit of limited funds is maximized. Taking advantage of the "intelligent Lhasa" construction, the construction of population health information platform is accelerated. Through establishing an information system suitable for the development of hospitals, and gradually completing the digital hospital infrastructure construction, the digital operation of hospitals can be realized to improve patients' medical experience.
