Aug.3, 2016 -- On August 1, the 1st Ku Lagangri Tourism and Cultural Festival was held in Lhozhag County, Lhoka City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.
Lhozhag County is rich in tourism resources and cultural heritages. The goods and culture exchange expo is held annually from August 1 to 5. At present, it has been held for 33 times, playing an important role in enlarging opening up, promoting communication, enriching people's material and cultural life.
To promote Lhozhag County's tourism industry, the goods and culture exchange expo is upgraded as tourism and cultural festival this year. Depending on rich cultural and tourism resources, a series of activities such as exhibitions on national handicrafts, native products and intangible cultural heritages are held. At the same time, performances and sports games with local characteristics are held to comprehensively propagandize Lhozhag County and further create its cultural and tourism brands.
