| Aug. 23, 2016 -- A Taiwan cultural delegation led by Gong Ruizhang, president of Taiwan’s Cheng Shiu University, recently visited Tibet.
During the tour, the delegation visited cultural institutes and museums in Lhasa, Nyingchi, and Shigatse and exchanged views with local Tibetan art groups on future development.
The delegation met with officials from Tibet’s cultural departments.
The visiting has strengthened mutual understanding between Tibet and Taiwan and will promote cultural exchanges between them.
