Oct. 11, 2016 -- China’s Qinghai Province vows to build a public culture service system for its Tibetan regions during the 13rd five-year period (2016-2020) to promote communication between Han and Tibetan cultures, announced local authorities.
A total of 200 rural service centers will be added and 400 cultural communication stations will be built. At least 50 apps on cultural exchanges will be launched to provide more digital service for local people.
