Practice has proved that the successful practice of the regional ethnic autonomy system in Xizang has an inherent logical connection with the successful practice of the whole-process people's democracy in Xizang. The establishment and development of the system of regional ethnic autonomy in Xizang has provided an important institutional guarantee for the whole-process people's democracy; the implementation of the whole-process people's democracy in Xizang has further enriched the connotation of the regional ethnic autonomy system. The system conforms to the essence of democratic politics, embodies the principles of social justice, negotiation and individual freedom in democratic politics, abides by the procedures of democratic politics, and provides geographical area scale, cultural identity, psychological and rational conditions for the implementation of democracy. It ensures a fairly high degree of democracy. It is the core and foundation of China's system of regional ethnic autonomy, that is, the people are the masters of the country. The political system of regional ethnic autonomy implemented in Xizang fully reflects the authenticity of socialist democracy. The successful practice of the system in Xizang fully embodies the whole-process socialist people's democracy. This democracy is the most authentic democracy, which is highly unified in terms of principles and fundamental interests, and embodies the unification of process democracy and outcome democracy, procedural democracy and substantive democracy, direct democracy and indirect democracy, people's democracy and the will of the state. It is a people's democracy with socialism with Chinese characteristics.
