Mount Qomolangma, which means "Goddess the Third" in the Tibetan language, is the Earth's highest mountain above sea level.

 

On May 27, 2020, China completed the remeasurement of Mount Qomolangma. The newest height will be released after months of calculating and analyzing.

 

The height of the peak has been released twice in 1975 and 2005, which was 8,848.13 meters and 8,844.43 meters, respectively.
