April 23, 2018 -- To do a good job of spring ploughing and sowing, agriculture and animal husbandry departments at all levels in Tibet actively deploy relevant work such as the coordination of improved varieties of crops, accumulation of farm manure, transformation of low-yield fields, transportation of agricultural materials and so on, which lays the foundation for enhancing grain production and increasing farmers' incomes this year.
