Nov. 7, 2018 -- Since this year, Sagya County Bureau of Culture arranged a series of cultural performances with the theme of “Happiness in Tibet” to celebrate the 40 years of Reform and Opening-up. The performances showing earth-shaking changes of Tibet included various art forms.
