Traditional songs and dances staged to greet the New Year

Feb.14,2018--Southwest China's Tibet has seen stronger and stronger festive atmosphere as the Tibetan New Year and Spring Festival which fall on the same day on Feb. 16 this year is approaching.
To celebrate the New Year, a traditional song and dance evening was staged in advance in Lhasa, capital city of Tibet, on Feb. 10.
The old and traditional Tibetan opera, Cho dance and Guozhuang, or circle dance, all of which are listed as national-level intangible cultural heritages of China, were also performed in the evening.
