Dec. 28, 2016 -- Yalung Zangbo River, China's longest highland river, is sourced in the Gyaimanezong Glacier in Zongba County, which is in the northern foothills of the Himalayas. In recent years, thanks to the implement of forestation project, the environment along the Yalung Zangbo River has achieved great improvement.
