Jan. 4, 2018 -- “China has set an excellent example for the world in poverty alleviation and its achievements are unprecedented,” Rosen Plevnaliyev, former president of Bulgaria said in an exclusive interview.

In the past 30 years, China has helped nearly 800 million people shake off poverty and get access to education.

China’s poverty eradication measures are innovative, brilliant and sustainable, which reflects Chinese wisdom. Other developing countries can learn from China’s success, said Rosen.

Chinese wisdom is also reflected in its high technology and education, which underpins poverty alleviation efforts, boosts innovation and brings more job opportunities, he added.
