November 14, 2017 -- China’s economic success has supported global growth and its experience will help more countries to realize sustainable development, said Nicholas Rosellini, the representative of UNDP in China, on Saturday.

Mr. Rosellini made the remarks at the 2017 China Forum on Opening and Development in Beijing. The forum was sponsored by the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, Ministry of Commerce.

Dynamic, diverse and innovative approaches have been adopted in China to lift more people out of poverty, he said.

China’s commitment to sustainable development by providing assistance, direct investments and loans has offered more choices for developing countries to develop themselves, he added.

Mr. Rosellini hopes to strengthen cooperation with China to achieve sustainable development and shared benefits for all.
