In Luding, Qugu and Jianjie Villages of Nyingchi, workers from local companies and official organizations plant spruces, alpine pines and cupressus torulos on hills and along the rivers.

 

4.53 km2 of land are scheduled to be planted with treesin the city this year. To reduce the risk of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) infection caused by clusters, the number of people taking part in trees planting is limited at 250. Participants are organized in batches to plant from March 12 to 20.
