On the meeting, organizational structure matter of the project was further perfected. Approved by the government of Tibet Autonomous Region, project headquarters and first-line command were established. Dorje Tsedrup was the chief commander of the project.

 

The acceleration of the project construction aims to realize the coordinated development of economic society and ecological environment. In addition, the project should be accomplished with high quality and quantity. Relocation policy must be implemented in the scenic spot to ensure that the masses are properly accommodated.
