June 22,2021 -- Palbar Tsering, from Nyalam County, Xigaze City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, thinks that it is very meaningful to be an educator. Therefore, since 2015, he began to prepare for establishing Juezhi Education and then started this business.

After graduation from junior high school, Palbar Tsering has been living in pastoral area. Later, through his relatives' recommendation, he went to Tibet Baici Tibetan Ancient Books Research Center to do Tibetan language proofreading, and deeply studied Chinese and English. In 2014, he took the adult college entrance examination and was admitted to Tibet University majoring in Computer Application with excellent scores. After finishing his studies, he founded a private school - "Juezhi Education" under unremitting efforts, and served as the principal.

In 2017, he met his partner Dawa Dorje, further improved and developed Juezhi Education. "In the beginning, I had to do it step by step on my own due to lack of funds and personnel," said Dawa Dorje. "Although I was tired, I still stuck to my dream and proved to my parents that my decision was right."

In the past six years, the school has formed a certain scale, and its management system has become more standardized. At present, there are 10 Tibetan calligraphy teachers, 12 teachers of other courses and more than 500 students learning Tibetan calligraphy in the school.

For future development of the school, Palbar Tsering has his own plan.
