July 21,2020 -- Since its establishment in August 2013, Tibetan Hat Tsering Jingo Cooperative of Yanggar Neighborhood Committee has become the main base for local residents to broaden their employment and income channels in Zhanang County, Shannan City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. The cooperative mainly produces Tibetan hats and boots. Handmade products with fine workmanship and novel styles are favored by consumers. At present, the cooperative has realized an annual net income of more than 2 million yuan RMB and provided 45 jobs for local people. Each worker of the cooperative gets 6,000 to 15,000 yuan RMB monthly.
