May 17,2020 -- The Youth Palace of Tibet Autonomous Region was put into use in May 4, opening a new chapter of the regional off-campus practical education.
With an investment of 175 million yuan RMB, the youth palace covers an area of over 27,000 ㎡. Construction of the building, consisting of a training zone,a practice zone and an exhibition hall, began in July of 2017. As one of the regional key public projects, it also gained assistance from Guangdong Province.
"This youth palace will enrich after-school activities and become an important platform for intensifying communications between students from Tibet Autonomous Region and other parts of China," says Chun Mei, a teacher of Xuelian Children's Art Troupe.
