Zongna Construction Company is founded by Jamyang Chodrak, a pioneer of becoming rich in the county. The 4-story office building has been built at the end of November last year, with a total investment of 20.2079 million yuan RMB, covering a total area of 4216.78 m2. It includes staff canteen, commercial housing, office area, staff dormitory, large-scale comprehensive conference room, etc., which not only greatly improve workers' working environment, but also indicate the company's bright future.

With the continuous implementation of policies of enriching people in Tibet's border areas, a series of livelihood projects are put into practice, including well-off demonstration village construction, farmers and herdsmen housing projects, as well as rural infrastructure upgrades. Jamyang Chodrak organizes local staff members to actively participate in the project construction; the company constantly makes new breakthroughs in its business, and also makes great achievements in poverty alleviation and solving graduated college students' employment. The company has 130 certified workers and 25 qualified project managers, including 54 from poor households and 22 graduated college students.

Merely in 2019, his support funds for various social fields reached 3.18 million yuan RMB.
