Dagu Hydropower Station restores construction

Feb.21,2020 -- Located in Sangri County, Shanan City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, Dagu Hydropower Station is designed with a total installed capacity of 660,000mw, and an annual average power generation of 3.2 billion KWH, with a total investment of 12.22 billion yuan RMB. It is a major project supported by the central government for Tibet's economic and social development. At present, 5.6 billion yuan RMB has been invested and 51% of the main body has been completed. During the Spring Festival, there are more than 300 workers remained on duty on the site, who have successfully returned to construction recently. The construction site in the valley is busy; a large hydropower station begins to take shape.
