Job fair held in Tibet University

Dec.23,2019 -- Recently, a job fair for 2020 graduates was held in the new campus of Tibet University, which was sponsored by Human Resources and Social Security Department of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, jointly organized by Bureau of Employment Services of Tibet as well as Tibet University. A total of 58 recruiting units participated, providing 592 jobs of various types and signed intention agreements with 23 students.

This fair aimed to further help senior students find jobs before graduation. In the early stage, Bureau of Employment Services of Tibet actively communicated and coordinated with Tibet University; the university also conducted surveys on 2020 graduates to understand their employment intention, and organized specific employers into the campus.

According to statistics, 923 students attended the job fair, 323 submitted their resumes. In addition, workers provided consultations on employment and entrepreneurship policies for 465 people, and distributed more than 700 copies of publicity materials during the period.
