39th Yarlung Commodity Fair opened on December 1

Dec.5, 2019 -- According to the Organizing Committee of Yarlung Commodity Fair, the 39th Yarlung Commodity Fair is held at Luqiong, Nedong District of Shannan City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region from December 1 to 7. The fair provides a platform for farmers and herdsmen to display, exchange and sell products with ethnic characteristics, further promote economic and cultural exchanges between urban and rural areas, and flourish the market, so as to accelerate economic development, increase people's income, and publicize beautiful Shannan.

Yarlung Commodity Fair started in 1981. After over 30 years of development, it has become the largest and most influential comprehensive economic and trade event in Shannan City, integrating goods trade, cultural exchange and characteristic product display, which plays an important role in promoting local high-quality economic and social development.
