Namtso-Lhasa direct bus opened

Apr. 10, 2019 -- The direct bus linking Namtso Scenic Area and Lhasa City has been put into use since April 4, 2019. It departs at 7:00 every day from Lhasa City, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, arrives at Namtso Scenic Area after lunch and returns at 19:00. Tourists can go to the white pagoda near western entry of the Potala Palace to take the bus.

In addition to bus tickets and Namtso admission tickets, the direct bus service includes bottle water, portable oxygen bottles, explanations of scenic spots, lunch and personal accident insurance. Besides, tourists could dress Tibetan clothes to take photos, and explore in-depth tour around Tashi peninsula, which is the most exciting part of the trip.
