In view of the problems of job hunting and recruitment, Shigatse Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has made great efforts to change its working ideas in training work. It has convened 47 state-owned and private enterprises in the city for two times to hold a docking meeting of accurate training and recruitment needs of enterprises, which has further improved the accuracy and effectiveness of skills training. Shigatse City has changed its past thoughts, fully integrated resources, mobilized the strength of various departments, and promoted the sustained and sound development of all work. The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Bainang County and Gyantse County has approved and established over 10 training bases based on the actual situation. To avoid affecting the migrant work and farming of farmers and herdsmen, Shigatse City has focused on the use of leisure time for labor skills training, and more than 3,000 people have attended the opening ceremony, which has effectively alleviated the contradiction between the migrant work of farmers and herdsmen and the learning of skills.

 

At the same time, aiming at further improving the employment rate after training, Shigatse City has repeatedly selected working groups to investigate the development needs of organic breeding, organic farming as well as other industries in 18 counties (districts), major industrial bases, cooperatives, etc, and registered the market demand types of work, industrial development skills. Besides, according to the research situation, it has made specific training plans and carried out over 10 training courses for cleaners, security guards, vegetable planting and so on. In addition, combining with the development ideas of the city, it has set up new skills training courses for horticulturists and wolfberry planting, which has received unanimous praise from farmers and herdsmen.
