Lhasa-Tsetang Fast Track of Tibet’s S5 Line smoothly carried out

Nov.19,2018-- Since the construction started in 2016, the project of the Lhasa-Tsetang Fast Track of Tibet's S5 Line had been progressing smoothly.

The project starts in Deqing Town of Taktse County and ends in Samye Town of Shannan City. It connects with the Gonggar Airport-Tsetang Special Highway, with a total length of 47.434 kilometers. It is built according to the standard of two-way four-lane first-grade highway, with a designed speed of 80 km per hour. The subgrade is 23.5 meters wide. The project is planed to be completed in 2019.
