Tibet’s tourism income increases by 15.6% during holiday

Feb.26,2018--Southwest China's Tibet received more than 458 thousand visitors from home and abroad during the 2018 Spring Festival holiday, increasing by 48.2% compared with the same period of last year.
 
And the tourism income reached 299.84 million yuan (47.35 million US dollars), achieving a year-on-year growth by 15.6%.
 
This year, the Tibetan New Year coincided with the Spring Festival and fell on the same day on Feb.16.
