Lhasa railway station carried out new timetable since Dec.28

Dec. 29, 2017 -- Lhasa railway station has carried out the new timetable since December 28, 2017. Passengers are suggested to check the changes carefully and get to the railway station at least 60 minutes ahead of the departure time.
In 2018, the Spring Festival Travel Rush will begin from February 1 and end on March 12, with the busiest days being February 14 to 16. As there is a pre-sale period of 30 days, train tickets are available since January 3, 2018, and those for the busiest days available since January 16.
As the traditional Chinese New Year and Losar (Tibetan New Year) are approaching, if you plan to travel during this period, you'd better book a ticket as early as possible.\
Official statistics showed that Lhasa railway station received over 1.84 million passengers from January to October in 2017, up 16.7 percent year on year.
