Lhasa City invests greatly in livelihood in H1

Sep.4,2017-- From January to June, Lhasa City has invested 8.28 billion yuan in the field of livelihood, which improves people's living standard and living quality, and enable the masses to share the fruits of China's opening-up, according to the financial work press conference of the first half year of 2017 which has been held recently in Lhasa.
 
From January to June, Lhasa City invests 8.28 billion yuan in the livelihood field, a year-on-year increase of 79%. Among which, it invests 1.523 billion yuan in the education field, a year-on-year increase of 10.03%. It invests 442 million yuan in the medicine and hygiene fields, a year-on-year increase of 16.26%. It invests 589 million yuan in the social security field, a year-on-year increase of 37.58%. It invests 250 million yuan in the culture and sports fields, a year-on-year increase of 64.86%. It invests 200 million yuan in the housing security field, a year-on-year increase of 1.26 times. It invests 1.102 billion yuan in the agriculture, forestry, and hydraulic engineering fields, a year-on-year increase of 60.69%. It invests 4.04 billion yuan in community affairs in rural and urban areas, a year-on-year increase of 1.77 times.
