Through training, trainees systematically mastered entrepreneurial knowledge and methods, further got a knowledge of entrepreneurial environment and government’s relevant supportive policies, and identified entrepreneurial goal. Therefore, they can better adapt to market demands, avoid entrepreneurial risks, and find appropriate start-up projects.

 

By June, 2017, the first phase, second phase, and third phase of farmers and herdsmen’s training classes have drawn to a successful close successively. At present, 125 trainees have successfully started an undertaking and more than 370 trainees have been leaded to get employed. The success ratio of entrepreneurship is 57% and the average monthly income is 3000 yuan to 6000 yuan.
