Depending on good ecological environment and tourism resources, in 2016, Tibet's tourism industry developed powerfully. Tibet received 23.1594 million tourists from home and abroad, increasing 14.8% year-on-year. It realized a tourism revenue of 33.075 billion yuan, increasing 17.3% year-on-year. Tourist number and revenue all hit new high.
