In recent years, the air force has been focusing on realizing the goal of strengthening the military power, continuing to deepen the pilot reform and innovating work methods, which make the level of flying cadet students improved sharply. In 2017, the air force will recruit flying cadets in Tibet for the first time so as to strengthen the selection and training of minority pilots and achieve full coverage of air force's flying cadets recruitment in the mainland of China.
