Aid-Tibet cadres boost leapfrog development of Tibet

Aug.1, 2016 -- On 28 July, a farewell & welcome meeting was held in Lhasa to see off the 7th batch aid-Tibet cadres and welcome the 8th batch aid-Tibet cadres.
 
In July 2013, the 7th batch aid-Tibet cadres came to Tibet. For three years, 1900 various projects were carried out and the omni-directional, multilevel and wide-range work pattern was formed, boosting the stable economic development of Tibet.
 
Yang Qianwei, a aid-Tibet cadre of Baosteel Group invested 25 million yuan in creating the Paryang cultural and tourism town, and the tourism income reached 5 million yuan in 2015, which exploring a new way for the local people to get rich.
 
There are 1562 aid-Tibet cadres in total of the 8th batch team. “I deeply feel the heavy responsibility and glorious mission,”says Wu Xiangyun, a aid-Tibet cadre of the Ministry of Finance, “We will keep high consist with the Party Central Committee in thought and action. By studying policies, investigating mass condition, and building a beauty Tibet, we will hand in a satisfactory answer to the party and government.”
 
The national aid to Tibet to promote its leapfrog and stable development  is an important measure made by the central government. From April 1994 to now, more than 7000 cadres from 18 provinces and cities, 70 central and governmental units, and 17 central enterprises have been sent to Tibet to work.
