Tibetan cultural delegation visits South Korea

Aug. 30, 2016 -- A cultural delegation from Tibet Autonomous Region wrapped up their five-day visit in the Republic of Korea (ROK) on Aug.28, during which the delegates had a wide range of discussions with locals from different walks of life.
 
The delegates visited Seoul, capital of the ROK and Gyeongsangnam-do, a friendship city of Tibet. The delegates exchanged views with ROK officials, scholars and religious personnel, introducing Tibet’s achievements in economy, society, culture, and environment in recent years.
 
The delegation attended the open day of “feeling Tibet” held by China’s Embassy in the ROK.
