March 30,2020 -- The 18^th Nyingchi Peach Blossom Tourism and Cultural Festival will open at the Gala peach village, Bayi district of Nyingchi on Apr. 2^nd.

 

From middle March to early April, the peach blossom will be all over the mountains and river valleys in Nyingchi. A meeting on the arrangement and organization of the festival was held on March 26^th.

 

The Tourism and Development Bureau of Nyingchi will guarantee the maintenance, cleaning and disinfection of the site and will do temperature monitoring and information input. During the festival, all counties in Nyingchi will publicize specialties of Nyingchi.

 

The topic of this year’s festival is “pure land on earth, stunning views of Nyingchi”. 5G cloud technology will be used in live broadcasting which helps people experience the festival online. The event will be livestreamed on major social media platforms such as Wechat and Tik Tok.
