May 26, 2023 -- Muhammad Asghar, director of Associated Press of Pakistan in Beijing, said he is impressed by the rapid development in China’s Tibet. 
 

He noticed a remarkable improvement in Tibet’s infrastructure construction, such as highways, airport and speed trains, since his last visit five years ago.
 

It’s very nice to see the Tibetan culture has been well preserved by the government. Tibetan people are totally free to live according to their religious beliefs, said Mr. Asghar.
