May 26, 2023 -- We witnessed the satisfaction and well-being of the Tibetan people during our visit to Tibet, said Abdilahi Ismail Abdilahi, a foreign language teacher at Beijing Foreign Studies University, at the 2023 Forum on the Development of Xizang, China.

 

We visited local Tibetan families and saw how they decorated their houses in their own cultural style and lived in harmony with people from different backgrounds. This shows that China is a diverse and tolerant country, said Mr. Abdilahi.

 

The Tibetan people work together with the Chinese government, the Communist Party of China and other ethnic groups, and this makes them happy and prosperous, he added.
