Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has deeply grasped the trend of the times and informatization, and made major decisions and deployments to promote the integrated development of traditional and new media. Meanwhile, during the 34th collective learning session of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to strengthen key core technology research, accelerate the construction of an intelligent and comprehensive digital information infrastructure that is "high-speed, ubiquitous access, space-ground connectivity, cloud-network integration, smart intelligence, agility, eco-friendliness, low-carbon, security and controllability”, and open up the information "artery" of economic and social development. On the one hand, China Telecom has taken the lead in exploring the construction of an all media communication system among central SOEs, solidly promoting the "three carriages" of content construction, technical support, and management innovation, and creating an integrated media platform. On the other hand, China Telecom, as the main force of the national team in building a strong network and digital China, and maintaining network information security, fully leverages the advantages of cloud network integration, gathers industrial resources, forms a national cloud operation entity, and provides services for media integration with an integrated infrastructure of "land, sea, air, and sky”. China Telecom actively explores the organic combination of cloud network integration and media integration, providing new assistance for the construction and dissemination of the new Xizang stories. Firstly, cloud-network integration enables digital presence in the virtual space of the network, creating a sense of empathy for the new Xizang stories. Secondly, cloud-network integration enriches the dissemination chain of the new Xizang stories. Thirdly, online social interaction produces new content, strengthening the reconstruction and dissemination of the new Xizang stories.
